JPMorgan Chase is working to pair its financial and philanthropic resources to create a more diverse, equal, and bias-free financial world. Part of those efforts is its program for gender equality, Women on the Move, which aims to expand women-run businesses, improve women’s financial health, and empower women’s career growth.
