This event is at the intersection of the biotech and commercial real estate industries and will cover the latest trends, developments, research discoveries, funding updates and innovation happening in the life sciences sector. Speakers will dive into how the commercial real estate industry is playing a role in creating biotech ecosystems, facilitating the growth of life sciences companies and the role of AI and sustainability in the space.

While many of our speakers will share global insights, as we host the event in Montgomery County for 2024, there will also be an emphasis on the significant contributions of both the county and the state of Maryland to the progression of biotech research. This event will feature leaders changing the trajectory of the life sciences industry on a national scale, including executives from Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Beacon Capital Partners, BXP, AstraZeneca and more. From a local Maryland perspective, expect to hear from top governmental organizations, flagship tenants and other local stakeholders discussing the role that National Institute of Health (NIH), the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) and others play in shaping the longterm group of the Mid-Atlantic region. The lineup will also include life sciences luminaries, key local biotech companies and esteemed government officials, engaging in discussions about the pivotal role infrastructure and local investments play in fostering biotech growth across the globe.

You'll hear from the top national tenants, commercial real estate developers, investors, VC funds, brokers, designers and builders from the East Coast to the West Coast, from London and more. More speakers to be announced soon! - check out last year's lineup
