Baltimore Innovation Week is a week-long celebration of technology and innovation in Baltimore. The annual week of events is intended to grow the impact of this innovative region through programming focused on technology, collaboration and improving Baltimore.
Baltimore Innovation Week 2012 takes place September 20 to September 29.
The HJF Military Medicine Symposium fosters public-private collaborations to expand the network of health resources available to our nation's service members and veterans.
This year’s symposium will feature subject matter medical experts from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU*), the Department of Veterans Affairs and civilian academia who will speak about the clinical manifestations and state-of-the-art management of TBI and PTSD in service members and veterans.
The conference is hosted by the Center for Public-Private Partnerships at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. The program will include opportunities for discussion among participants.
The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program stimulates technological innovation in the private sector by strengthening the role of small business concerns in meeting Federal research and development needs, increasing the commercial application of federally supported research results, and fostering and encouraging participation by socially and economically disadvantaged and women-owned small businesses.
A series of webinars will be held to answer questions about the current Phase I solicitation (NSF 12-605, due date of December 3, 2012) and the submission process.
