Dr. Eric S. Edwards, currently the Co-founder and CEO of Phlow Corporation, brings a wealth of experience and innovation to BioHealth Innovation, Inc. (BHI). With a remarkable career spanning pharmaceuticals and healthcare, Dr. Edwards is at the forefront of securing the supply chain for critical essential medicines in America. His visionary leadership extends beyond Phlow, as he co-founded Kaléo, Inc., a pharmaceutical company dedicated to novel treatments for chronic and acute-care diseases.
Dr. Edwards’ remarkable inventions, including the lifesaving AUVI-Q epinephrine auto-injector and the Naloxone 10mg Auto-injector (R.O.C.S. - Rapid Opioid Countermeasure System), underscore his commitment to transforming healthcare. With over 240 patents and substantial experience helping numerous life science start-ups and entrepreneurs translate their science and ideas into successful FDA-approved products, Dr. Edwards is poised to make a substantial impact as a BHI Board of Directors member.

Donna J. Edmonds, an esteemed healthcare professional with over 30 years of diverse experience, brings a profound understanding of the industry to BioHealth Innovation, Inc. (BHI). Beginning her career as a critical care nurse, Donna transitioned into senior management roles within hospitals, physician group practices, and multi-national companies. Her contributions during her 8+ years at Baxter, where she held senior executive positions in business development, sales, and marketing, have significantly impacted patient care and healthcare cost reduction.
Donna’s leadership extends to the diagnostic industry, where she played pivotal roles in two company exits and earned recognition as a leader in Cardiovascular Diagnostics. Moreover, her entrepreneurial spirit led to the formation of Virginia Life Sciences Investments, Inc., where she led the Series A investment in ImmunArray and later in -licensed technology from Johns Hopkins and UCLA, leading to the subsequent spinout of BrainBox Solutions. The company has contributed to groundbreaking advancements in mild Traumatic Brain Injury, commonly referred to as concussions, and neurological disease diagnosis and monitoring. Donna J. Edmonds’ remarkable journey makes her an invaluable asset as the newly appointed Vice Chair of the BHI Board of Directors.
